This Court, vide order dated 24.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4469 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Mohar Say Malakar, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Raigarh District-Raigarh (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 16.01.2025 has requested for grant of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 three months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the case was fixed for prosecution evidence on 11.12.2024 and in the present case, 07 prosecution witnesses have been recorded and as per the trial programme, 11 prosecution witnesses have left to be examined. Hence, the conclusion of the trial may likely to take some time, therefore, he prays for grant of further three months time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
