On the ground that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are putting up construction illegally on the writ petition schedule property, the petitioner has given representations to respondent Nos.1 and 2-Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP). On the ground that the BBMP has not initiated any action against respondent Nos.3 and 4, the present writ petition is filed with a

prayer to direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner and demolish the unauthorized construction put up by respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that appropriate action under Section 248(1) of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike Act, 2020 is initiated against respondent Nos.3 and 4 and the enquiry is underway.
3. As respondent Nos.1 and 2 have already initiated action against respondent Nos.3 and 4, the writ petition is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous.
In the light of the same, notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4 is dispensed with.
