Mr. B.D. Pandey, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Suyash Pant, Standing Counsel for the State/respondent nos. 1 to 3. Mr. D.S. Mehta, Advocate for the respondent no.4. The petitioner is Principal of a College run by the Committee of Management. It is the grievance of the petitioner is that by manipulating and forging documents, some persons are trying to secure their appointment in the College. The petitioner seeks directions that the matter may be enquired pursuant to her complaint dated 19.03.2025, Annexure 6 given to the respondent no.3/the Chief Education Officer, Nainital. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by forging documents, certain persons are in the process of securing appointment in the College. The matter was reported to the respondent no.3/the Chief Education Officer, Nainital by the Manager of the College as well by the Principal. The petitioner on 19.03.2025 given a communication to the Manager of the College, who on 19.03.2025 forwarded the matter to the respondent no.3/the Chief Education Officer, Nainital, but no steps have been taken by him. Learned State counsel would submit that the communication dated 19.03.2025 of the Manager of the College shall be decided within a period of six weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned State counsel. The writ petition is disposed with the
direction to the respondent no.3/the Chief Education Officer, Nainital to decide the communication dated 19.03.2025 within a period of six weeks from today.
