Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.11.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 67114 of 2023 . 3 . The trial court report reveals that case is fixed for prosecution evidence and out of 11 chargesheeted witnesses, 4 witnesses have been examined and rest 7 witnesses including I. O and Dr. are yet to be examined. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. 5 . However, since the petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2022 , Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
