In the similarly situated matters claimants were permitted to receive 75% of the amount deposited on furnishing undertaking. 2. I find no difficulty in permitting the applicants to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank. The civil application stands disposed of. 3.
