Appa Rao, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the de-facto complainant/revision petitioner is no more and filed a proof to that effect. Photocopy of the death certificate of the complainant/petitioner certifies that the petitioner died on 12.08.2011. Sri K. Gani Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed the same. 2. Ms. P. Akila Naidu, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has submitted a certificate issued by the Village Revenue Officer, Vedurupaka 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.929 of 2007 Dated 04.04.2025 Village to the Sub Inspector of Police, Rayavaram Police Station stating that the petitioner G. Srinivasa Rao died on 12.08.2011 appending the death certificate in form No.6 also certified the death. Therefore, this revision case can be dismissed as abated. 3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
