The petitioner was secured after issuance of NBW for his non- appearance. The case is of the year 2024 and still in PRC stage due to the repeated absence of the accused persons one after another. 3. The counsel for the petitioner states that the non-appearance of the petitioner on 23.01.2025 was due to the detention in another case. 4. This Court is of the view that, since the case is at crucial stage, if the petitioner is released on bail at this juncture, there will be further delay in the trial.
