4. This revision has been preferred by the husband challenging the order dated 01.02.2020 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Haridwar in Misc. Criminal Case No. 141 of 2016, whereby, interim maintenance of Rs. 7,000/- was granted to the wife and Rs. 3000/- was granted to the daughter.

Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that during the interregnum, petition under Section 131(b) was filed, in which both, husband and wife agreed to mutual divorce.
6. In light of the submission made by
learned counsel for the parties, the present revision is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
