On the matter being taken up, it is pointed out by learned Additional Government Advocate that apart from this case applicant has criminal history of seven other cases, whereas in paragraph No. 15 of the affidavit, it is mentioned that the applicant has no criminal history except the present case. In response, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application with better particulars. Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection to such prayer made by the counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the documents, if any, to the counsel for the applicant within three days after retaining photocopies thereof on record.
