Side) ORDER The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation, dated 17.04.2025 and also to give permission to function the cultural club in the name and style of "Covai Royal Palace Cultural Academy" by allowing the members of the petitioner's Club to play indoor games and outdoor games including the game of chess, carom and card game of "Rummy 13 cards" with stakes at the premises of the petitioner's Club. 2. Since the petitioner has made a representation on 17.04.2025, but they have not received any response from the respondent/Police. Therefore, they are constrained to approach this Court by filing the present Writ Petition. 3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(Crl).No.110 of 2025 4. It is seen that the representation was made on 17.04.2025. Till date, admittedly, the respondent-Police has not responded to the said representation made by the petitioner. 5. Hence, the respondent-Police is directed to consider the said representation and pass orders in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of one month from today. 6.
