Learned counsel for the respondent appears on advance notice and, on instructions, submits that the property in question was inspected on 28.11.2024 and a “demolition order” was issued on 09.12.2024 and now the demolition of the unauthorized construction is slated for 17.01.2025. 2. This Court expects that the officials of respondent would keep a strict vigil so as to ensure that despite there being a work stop/demolition notice, no construction is carried out by anyone. 3. In view of the above said statement made at the Bar by learned counsel for respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at the moment, he is not pressing his present contempt petition. He, however, seeks liberty to revive the petition, in case, there is further violation of above said clear cut This is a digitally signed order.
