This Court, vide order dated 19.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 3529 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Omprakash Yadav, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 3rd District and Additional Sessions Judge, Raigarh District-Raigarh (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 15.01.2025 has KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, statements of 11 prosecution witnesses have been recorded and the statements of 03 prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded and the time prescribed by this Court for concluding the trial is going to be expired. Therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
