DATTA PURKAYASTHA =O=R=D=E=R= 26/09/2025 It is stated by counsel on both sides that the show-cause notice pursuant to order dt.29.04.2024 in WA No.37 of 2024 has been issued to the petitioner by the Superintendent of Agriculture, Bishalgarh Agri. Sub- Division, Sepahijala, Tripura (Annexure-R-1) dt.17.04.2025 and proof of sending the said show-cause notice is produced before us today. In the light of this Annexure-4 dt.25.06.2024, the order passed by the Superintendent of Agriculture, Bishalgarh Agri. Sub-Division, Sepahijala, Tripura which was passed prior to the issuance of show-cause notice, is quashed. The petitioner is granted eight weeks’ time from today to file a reply to the show-cause notice and further proceedings may be taken after considering the same.
