Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mainpuri to decide the 6C2 Application under Order 39 Rule-1 and 2 as well as application under Section 151 C.P.C. in Original Suit No.387 of 2024 (Umesh Kumar Mishra Vs. Shishupal Singh and others) which is pending in the court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mainpuri earliest within stipulated time fix by this Hon'ble Court. II. Issue a direction to the respondents restraining them from changing the nature of suit property and not to create any third party interest and maintain status quo over the suit property till the disposal of 6C2 Application or during the pendency of present petition before this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned interim injunction application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Mainpuri, to decide the above- mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
