Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents submitted that the petitioner has to challenge the order of the respondent No.4-Tahsildar passed for making entry of 'Government Phada' in the revenue records in respect of land in question and same cannot be interfered with by way of representation. 4. Therefore, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to challenge the order of Tahsildar passed in respect of deleting the name of the petitioner and making entry of 'Government Phada' in the revenue records in respect of the land in question. 5. Accordingly, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the respondent No.4-Tahsildar passed for deleting the name of the petitioner and making entry of 'Government Phada' in the revenue records pertaining to the land in question, writ petition is disposed of.
