The advocates appearing for the parties are present and have filed a joint memo. 2. This appeal is stated to be dismissed for non-prosecution. However, both parties have agreed to settle the dispute amicably and according to the settlement, respondent has agreed to pay Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees one lakh ten thousand only) in full and final settlement of their claim. Therefore, joint memo is accepted. 3. The respondent – Insurance Company has agreed to deposit the said amount before the Tribunal within six weeks from the date of preparation of the award, failing which the said amount shall carry interest at 9% p.a. from the date of default till the date of deposit. 3 4. In light of the joint memo filed by the parties, the appeal stands disposed off. 5. Draw award accordingly. 6.
