The legal heirship certificates of the deceased as Ex.P2 and his son as Ex.P4. A perusal of Ex.P2 and Ex.P4 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased R.Lakshminarayanan. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received. 3.
