ORAL ORDER This Writ Petition is filed for directing respondent to consider petition submitted by petitioner on 05.04.2025 at Annexure-‘D’ to pass appropriate order thereon in accordance with law.
2. Sri M.E.Nagesh, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is a existing inter-State stage carriage operator under Permit no.43/1964 from Tirupati to Bangalore route and back. It was submitted that one M/s.Venson Transports Pvt. Ltd was an inter-state stage carriage permit holder under permits no.33/49(A) and 33/49(B) issued by State of Andra Pradesh from Chittor to Bengaluru route and back. It was submitted that there was difference of route/timings in Annexures ‘A’ and ‘B’ and petitioner noticed that certain portion of route namely Whitefield-Malur had been deleted which was impermissible as it was an inter-State route. Therefore, petitioner had submitted representation as per Annexure

‘D’ to respondent to examine same and to take necessary action. It was submitted that though petition was received on 05.04.2025 with endorsement, ‘examine and put up’, no further action was taken and respondent had kept it in cold storage constraining petitioner to approach this Court. In view of above, learned counsel sought for allowing of Writ Petition.
3. On the other hand, Smt.Vaheeda, learned AGA appearing for respondent on advance notice would submit that in case petition at Annexure-‘D’ were still pending, same would be examined in accordance with law and appropriate orders passed thereon within reasonable time.
4. Heard
learned counsel and perused writ petition.
5. Since only relief sought in writ petition is for Mandamus directing respondent to consider petition at Annexure-‘D’ which appears to have been pending with respondent from on 05.04.2025, it is found appropriate to

dispose of writ petition by directing respondent to consider petitioner’s petition at Annexure-D in accordance with law after issuing notice to all affected parties and providing opportunity and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible within an outer limit of three months from date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of.
