ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.10.2019 before the respondent No.3 ventilating his grievance with regard to easementary rights. However, the said representation is still pending for consideration. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the representation and take a decision within a stipulated period. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the Court may pass appropriate orders in that regard. Having considered the submissions made by both sides, this Court is of the opinion that, as the petitioner’s representation dated 18.10.2019 is still

4 pending before the 3^*^ respondent, it would be just and appropriate to direct the concerned authority to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 18.10.2019 reasoned order in accordance with rd respondent and pass a governing rules and provisions of law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
