Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:62957 Court No. - 47 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 21219 of 2024 Applicant :- Adnan Opposite Party :- State Of Up And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Ayyaz Khan,Vinod Kumar Upadhyay Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.,Sudhanshu Kumar Gour Hari Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard Sri Vinod Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Sudhanshu Kumar Gour Hari, learned counsel for the informant; learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Adnan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 131 of 2024, under Sections 376(3), 506, 328 IPC & 3/4 POCSO Act and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Bilsi, District- Budaun, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Incriminating video has been made. There is also allegation against the applicant that he was compelling the victim to marry. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage. The bail application is, accordingly, rejected. The court below is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant, as expeditiously as possible as per Section 309 Cr.P.C.
