In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the Endorsement produced at Annexure-A wherein, name of petitioner has been included as 'A' Rowdy in the Rowdy Register maintained by the respondent No.5- Police Station. In this regard, the respondent No.5- Police Station has issued Endorsement at Annexure-A under the Right to Information Act, 2005 to the learned - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39526 WP No. 16566 of 2023 counsel representing the petitioner herein which is impugned in this petition. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that, the respondent - Police have opened the Rowdy Sheet against the petitioner on 16.06.2022 and same is not challenged in this writ petition and as such, I am of the opinion that, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be accepted. 5. In that view of the matter, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the opening of Rowdy Sheet by order dated 16.06.2022 by the respondent-Police, if so desired, I am of the opinion that, the petition is not maintainable and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
