FIR in Crime No.225/2023 of Nelamangala Rural Police Station, Bengaluru District, is registered against the petitioner and an unknown person for the offence Punishable under Section 380 of IPC. 3. The first informant by name Manjunatha has alleged that, there was a theft committed in his house on 24.06.2023, as he found missing of certain gold and silver articles and cash of Rs.15,000/- kept in the cupboard and suspected the petitioner herein, who had visited the house on that day at about 03:00 p.m. 4. Theft is allegedly committed on 24.06.2023. Complaint is lodged on 06.09.2023 against petitioner and an unknown person. From the complaint, it can be seen - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37644 CRL.P No. 4421 of 2024 that only on suspicion, petitioner has been arraigned as an accused. Petitioner has undertaken to co-operate with the investigation of the case. She has no criminal antecedents. Hence, the following:- ORDER i) Petition is allowed. ii) Petitioner/ accused shall be released in the event of her arrest in Crime No.225/2023 of Nelamangala Rural Police Station, Bengaluru District subject to following conditions: a) She shall appear before the Investigating Officer within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with a surety for the likesum. b) She shall furnish proof of her residential address/contact number and shall inform the I.O. in case of any change in the address/contact number. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:37644 CRL.P No. 4421 of 2024 c) She shall co-operate with the investigation of the case. d) She shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence/witnesses either directly or indirectly. e) She shall not commit any offence. f) She shall be regular in attending the Court proceedings.
