The writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the F.I.R. dated 13.5.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 44 of 2025, under Sections 76,115(2),333,351(1),191(2) B.N.S. Section 7/8 POCSO Act, and section 3/5(1) U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Reigion Act, 2021 Police Station- Hazara, District- Pilibhit. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that parties have entered into compromise outside the court. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 is no objection.
