As per the terms and conditions of the allotment, possession was to be handed over by the year 2018. He further submits that the petitioner is entitled to interest from the date the possession ought to have been handed over to the petitioner till the date it will be handed over to the petitioner. 2. Issue notice to the respondents. 3.
