2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Magadh Medical College P.S. Case No. 24 of 2005 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 08.05.2005 by the informant S Chadha.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on 21.07.2004, when the candidate Mithlesh Kumar appeared at Bihar Recruitment Office, Gaya, upon questioning him, he agreed that impostor Sahay Mahto had appeared for the examination. This led to the F.I.R.
4. The matter relates to the year 2005, and twenty years later, the petitioner has moved before this Court for grant

5. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be taking necessary steps for surrendering and seeking bail.
6. The anticipatory bail application which has been filed after two decades, has to be rejected with observation if the petitioner surrenders and prefers bail application within four weeks from today, the Court concerned shall take it up and let it dispose of preferably on the same day.
7. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
