In terms of order dated 07.07.2021 passed by the Division Bench in contempt petition CPOWP No. 300/2016 arising out of order an dated 31.08.2015 of the writ court disposing of the petitioner’s OWP No. 1071/2014, this Court is of the view that the present contempt petition cannot stretch any further and is to be given final rest but without prejudice to the purported pending grievance of the petitioner, whatsoever, that he has not been fully compensated for his land measuring 1 kanal comprised in khasra No. 561 and 562 at Jablipora, Bijbehara said to be under the use and occupation of different Government Departments. 2. To that extent, the petitioner would always have the liberty to come up with a fresh writ petition even by fully drawing supporting references from the compliance Report/s Submitted in the present contempt petition which is a second round contempt after the closure of first contempt petition CPOWP No. 300/2016. 3.
