The petitioner was granted interim bail on February 18, 2025 on the ground of long detention of the petitioner and delay in progress of the trial. 3. We are told that the trial has still not concluded. We are further told by learned State advocate that there is no adverse report against this petitioner insofar as the compliance of the conditions of interim bail is concnerned. 4. In view of the aforestated, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail on the same terms and conditions on which the interim bail was granted and we do so. 5.
