When the matter was listed on 22.07.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today i.e., 28.07.2025, under the caption, ‘for dismissal’. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioners. It appears that, the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
