By filing the affidavit-in-reply, she has tendered unconditional apology. She contends that the stay order was not brought to her notice by her office. Petitioner then points out his representation dated 04.03.2025 informing her about the stay order granted by this Court. In reply, she submits that the stay order was not accompanied with the said representation. 2. It was her duty to take information about the stay order granted by this Court from the Government Pleader’s office. She has komal kamble 1/2 2025:BHC-AUG:32685-DB 930 CONT. PETITION NO. 609 OF 2025 failed to do so. Since this being her first mistake, we are not taking it seriously. She is asked to be more vigilant henceforth. 3. By letter dated 06.08.2025, she has stayed the tender issued in favour of respondent No. 6. In that view of the matter, the order is complied with. We expect her to supervise and she should ensure that members of respondent No. 6 are not fishing in the tank. 4. In view of compliance of the order, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
