The show cause notice dated:19.09.2025 issued by the second respondent vide Annexure-L is called into question in this Writ Petition on several grounds as setout in the Memorandum of Writ Petition. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel Smt.H.R.Renuka., on instructions submits that pursuant to the inquiry proceedings the order of punishment has been passed and the petitioner has been dismissed from service. The oral submission made by counsel for the respondent is placed on record. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47629 WP No. 33914 of 2025 5. The show cause notice cannot be called into question by invoking a Writ jurisdiction. Moreover, because of the order of punishment, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be accorded in the present Writ Petition. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
