By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 21 of 2023 at Police Station - Raksa, District Jhansi, under Section 302 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 25.01.2023. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 05.02.2024. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of status report sent by the trial court submits that the trial is concluded and the trial is fixed for judgment. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out.
