Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant contempt application was filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the contemnor/Opposite parties for non-compliance of the order dated 24-7-2025 in CWJC No. 1245 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners next submits that in compliance of the order dated 24-7-2025 in CWJC No. 1245 of 2025, the contemnor/Opposite parties have disposed of the representation of the petitioners, but then claim of the petitioners came to be rejected as such seeks permission to withdraw the contempt application with liberty to the petitioners to assail the order by which the claim of the petitioners was rejected before an appropriate forum. 4.
