Case No.- 102/2024 registered under sections 126(2)/ 127(2)/ 115(2)/ 103(1)/ 351(3)/ 352/61(2)/3(5) of B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Edith Horo, learned J.M. 1st Class, Chatra. On 21.12.2024 named accused persons assaulted the brother of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, rather his name has come in the confession of co-accused. Learned lawyer for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that he has stated in his confession that the petitioner has actively participated in the murder of the deceased.
