No.1823/2015 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42308 WP No. 19363 of 2025 Bengaluru, are before this Court seeking mandamus to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the above suit. 2. Considering the limited prayer, notice to respondent is dispensed with. 3. The suit for specific performance is filed in the year 2015 and the same is pending consideration at the stage of plaintiff's evidence even after lapse of ten years. There are no justifiable reason for delaying the suit for such a long period of ten years. Without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the trial Court to complete the suit within one year from the date of production of a copy of this order.
