For the Opp. Party(s): AC to SC (L&C)-I. ------ 03/21.03.2025: Heard the learned counsel for the parties. This restoration petition has been filed for restoration of Cont. (Civil) Case No. 837 of 2021 to its original file, which was dismissed for default on 4.9.2023 due to non-compliance of the order dated 19.8.2023, as the defects were not removed within peremptory time. Counsel for the petitioner submits that no sooner the contempt petition is restored, they will take necessary steps to remove the defects within a period of two weeks. Considering the aforesaid submission, I am inclined to allow this restoration petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Consequently, Cont. Case (Civil) No. 837 of 2021 is restored to its original file. It is expected that the petitioner will remove the defects as pointed out by the office in the contempt petition within three weeks.
