4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that though in the F.I.R. general allegation of causing injury to the injured has been made against the applicant and co-accused, the injured in his statement has made specific allegation against the applicant for causing grievous injury on vital part of the injured. Therefore, there is contradiction in the statement of the injured and the F.I.R. and the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. The applicant is a law abiding citizen and he is languishing in jail since 29.3.2025. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed, therefore, there is no requirement of custodial interrogation. In case, he is granted bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and would cooperate in the trial proceedings.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as the victim as well as the witnesses have made specific allegation of causing grievous injury on vital part and the applicant is also
having criminal history of several cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant at this stage.
7. The bail application is rejected. However, the court below is
directed to expedite the trial of the present case.
