1. By making a reference to order dated 20.01.2023, Mr. Rohit Sud, counsel for respondents No.9, 10, 12 and 13, submits that petition has become infructuous as a committee has been constituted by the Supreme Court vide order dated 04.05.2022, Annexure R-1.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Similar was the position on the previous three occasions. It seems that for the reason pointed out by Mr. Sud, no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
