The instant appeal filed by the appellant- Union of India, who was respondent No.2 before the learned Court below(hereinafter referred to as “ the appellant”) under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) against the award dated 28.09.2006, passed by learned Additional District Judge Fast Track Court, Kullu, H.P. ( for short learned Court below”) in Reference No.21 of 2003, with a prayer to set-aside the same.
2. The reference Court vide the impugned judgment dated 28.09.2006, had decided nine reference petitions. The same is evident from the cause title of the impugned judgment. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

In so far as the reference petition No.15/2003, detailed at Sr. No.6 of the cause title of the impugned judgment is concerned, the Union of India had preferred an appeal bearing RFA No. 310 of 2007, titled as Union of India vs. Jagat Ram and another. The same had been dismissed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated
6.11.2015.
4. Other than the aforesaid, the Union of India had preferred an appeal bearing RFA No.306 of 2007 against the reference petition detailed at Sr. No.1 of the impugned judgment. The same was titled as Union of India vs. Tek Ram and another. The same was dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 27.12.2024 in terms of the judgment delivered by this Court in Union of India vs. Jagat Ram and another i.e RFA No.310 of 2007 dated 6.11.2015. Hence in view of aforesaid judgments delivered by the co-ordinate benches the instant appeal is dismissed.
5. Appeal stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
