Through the instant writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, a prayer is made for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue Registration Certificate of Pharmacist to the petitioner, who has passed the Diploma of Pharmacy Course in the session 2021-23 from respondent No.2 College, on the basis of the original file submitted by the petitioner, consisting of all the documents vide Application I.D No. 365888 on dated 25.04.2024, and all the documents, and Original Detailed Mark Sheet of 10+2. 2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has applied way back on dated 25.04.2024, but till date no decision, whatsoever, has been taken by the Haryana State Pharmacy Council. Mr. Gopal Sharma, Advocate, has caused appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1, and waives service. submits that the respondent No.1-Council, has no objection in accepting the hard copy of application of the petitioner along with all the requisite documents. 5. At this juncture, without deciding the instant lis on merits, and without making any opinion regarding the eligibility of the petitioner to get registration certificate from the Haryana State Pharmacy Council, this Court deems it appropriate to pass a mandamus upon respondent No.1, to take a decision on the application (supra), so preferred by the present petitioner within four weeks from passing of this order. 6. The petitioner is also at liberty to submit the hard copy of the application (supra), with the authority concerned, within 07 days from passing of this order. 7.
