Case No. 63 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115(2)/117(2)/87/64/351(2)/351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim and forcibly married her. Statement of the Mukhiya of the village has been brought on the record vide Annexure-2 wherein he has stated that the petitioner and the victim have married willingly in presence of the villagers. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Balbadda P.S.
