This petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the orders dated 30.04.2008 and 31.07.2008 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondents. 2. A perusal of the petition would show that though respondent Nos.3 to 7 have been arrayed as respondents but no averment has been made in the petition to allege wilful disobedience on their part. 3. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the same cause of action. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh petition with better particulars.
