This Court, vide order dated 19.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4005 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the applicants, namely, Ishwar Patel and Roshan Mandle, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months, if there was KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 no legal impediment. 3. The learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District-Raipur (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 17.01.2025 has requested for grant of further one month’s time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that currently, the case is fixed at the stage of accused statement due to which it is likely to take some time for its conclusion therefore, he prays for grant of further one month’s time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
