Heard Shri Om Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State- respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 as well as learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5 and perused the record. Pursuant to the order dated 23.07.2025, petitioner No. 1- Pranjal @ Kishan Kumar Yadav (corpus) has been produced by the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and is identified by their counsel. Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 could not produce any authentic document to support their claim as natural parents of the corpus nor any valid adoption deed regarding the same. The date of birth of the corpus is 09.10.2016 whereas the Birth Certificate issued by A.D.O. Panchayat, Dohri Ghat, Mau is of 30.08.2019 which appears to have been procured with ulterior motive. While petitioner no. 2- Smt. Sangita Devi who is natural mother of the corpus has produced the birth certificate bearing Serial No. 97 bearing Registration No. 874/45 issued on 10.04.2017 from Rajkiya Mahila Chikitsalaya, Seeyar, Bilthara Road, Ballia which indicates the date of birth of corpus is 09.10.2015 which indicates that petitioner no. 2 is the natural mother of the corpus. As the respondent nos. 4 and 5 are unable to produce any authentic document or valid adoption deed, therefore, let the custody of the corpus - Pranjal @ Kishan Kumar Yadav aged about 11 years be handed over to petitioner no. 2- Smt.
