This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent to provide the possession in land in dispute situated in Village Salarpur Khadar Tehsil Dadari District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of the present writ petition." 2. Petitioner before this Court claims to have been allotted the land in question in the year 1984. This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the authority concerned for providing possession over the land in question. 3. Present writ petition has been filed after a lapse of more than 41 years for getting the lease deed executed but no explanation has been given in the writ petition as to why the said delay has occurred. As the delay is of 41 years which has not been explained in writ petition, no case for interference is made out. 4. Writ petition is misconceived and same stands dismissed.
