Vide order dated 16.04.2025 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court, the Office was directed to issue summons to the accused-petitioner through concerned SHO, Police Station Kumher, District Bharatpur to serve the same upon the petitioner for marking his presence before the Court on the next date of hearing. 2. As per the office report dated 12.07.2025, it transpires that the notice sent by the Office has been received unserved with a note that the petitioner has expired during pendency of the petition. 3. In view of the fact that the accused-petitioner has expired, this criminal revision petition is liable to be dismissed, being abated. 5.
