In LPA No. 143 of 2024 it has been held that no individual notice is necessary for document verification. 2. Thus, by virtue of the judgment of the aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal the petitioner looses her rights to be considered. It has also been brought to the notice of the Court that Special Leave Petition (Civil) has been filed in which notices has been issued. 3. Be that as it may since as on date the judgment of LPA No. 143 of 2024 will cover the case of the petitioner, I find no merit in the prayer of the petitioner, thus this writ petition is dismissed. 4. Further it is made clear that in the event Special Leave Petition is allowed and the judgment of LPA No. 143 of 2024 is set aside, the 2025:JHHC:22355 2 petitioner’s case will be covered by the judgment passed in Special Leave Petition (Civil). 5. Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authorities after disposal of Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 21596 of 2025. 6.
