In this writ petition, the petitioner has called in question the inquiry report dated 15.04.2025 submitted by the Internal Complaints Committee through respondent No.4 at Annexure-A. 2. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for respondents has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of appeal under Section 18 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition And Redressal) Act, 2013 (for short ‘the Act 2013’). The applicability of the said provision has been clearly considered and dealt by this Court in W.P.No.25263/2025. 3.
