Pursuant to this Court’s order dated 03.06.2025, learned State Counsel passed on to this Court written instruction, which is taken on record. 4. On the basis of said instruction, learned State Counsel submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner No.1- Galib and two others, namely, Ashu and Zakir, on 27.10.2023, while, petitioner No.2-Javed has been exonerated of the charges. 5. In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided on the present writ petition and it has rendered infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7. Interim order dated 12.10.2022 stands vacated. 8. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
