2. This application is filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C for quashing of the F.I.R dated 15.12.2022 lodged with Missamari Police Station on the basis of which a case was registered as Missamari Police Station Case No. 76/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1828/2022 registered Under Section 420/406/294/506 of IPC.
3. Mr. B Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State respondents submits that he has received instructions from the Superintendent of Police, Sonitpur, Tezpur, Assam vide letter dated 15.05.2025 that the Officer-in-charge of the Missamari Police Station, Sonitpur, Assam by communication dated 11.05.2025 has submitted that F.R. vide Missamari P.S. FR No. 03/2023 dated 31.03.2023 to the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court. A copy of the said communications are kept on record and marked as ‘X’.
4. It appears that since final report has already been submitted, nothing survives in this Criminal Petition at this stage.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition stands closed as being infructuous.
