“to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring by the action on part of the respondents namely Nos. 3 to 5 in not discharging and handing over the corpse of my late father K VenkataSubramnayam to us at the instance of the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in order to perform his last rites as per his will, dated 07.01.2024 registered Document

No.2/2025 as inhumane arbitrary, illegal and violative of the Fundamental Right guaranteed to him under Articles 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No. 3 to 5 handover the corpse of my late father K. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition, on the ground that the cause in the writ petition becomes infructuous.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State is in attendance.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
